I dont use T-Mo but Id like to be able to sign into my account and manage my kids T-Mo phone plan. This app wont let me login unless Im using a T-Mobile SIM card

I think the T Mobile Customer Care is very helpful and able to accomplish the task in which I asked for help with. Representatives are always pleasant and respectful.

T-Mobile is the service I have ever had. Customer Service is fantastic all problems were solved quickly and efficiently. Wish you had Wi-Fi as well has Hot Spot. Lol

I have been a T Mobile customer for over 12 years and would never change nor have I wanted to change. I have had some of my kids change and they all came back to T mobile. What does that tell you.

Tried everything including turning off the wifi, nothing works. Just signed up with T-Mobile and the first impression is not going well.

I have been with Tmobile since 2005 & (obviously) I am very happy; I wouldnt think about leaving them for any other company. As the years go by, Tmobile just keeps getting better!

It is not hard at all. Even my grandma knows how to work this app.So much more to do and its easy to use.

This is the worst service that a carrier can have you get what you pay for. Slow service bad signal and slow downloading speed.

The new update doesnt work at all if anything it made it slower to try to find out your data usage and billing the format of it is so hard to view its hard for me to find out my data usage and to find out if I went over or not please change the update back or improve it to how it was before

T-mobile rocks its way better then AT&t

Tmobile has great customer service. Totally impressed with direct answers to questions and genuine solutions to problems. The service far surpasses AT&T which left me disappointed. Tmobile has great plans and no contract. Great job Tmobile! Keep up the progress.

Very happy with service but sometimes the lack of signal strength for voice calls annoys me. Dropped calls at specific area specially close to major interstates here in south florida. The international use is what keeps me with them that all.
