T-Mobile App Reviews

Ive had Sprint, Verizon, and AT&T and each of have been a disappointment. Poor coverage, bad customer service, outrageous prices to name some of the issues. Paid for unlimited data and phone, but didnt help with their poor service. I switched to T-Mobile last year and have had nothing but an enjoyable experience. Do they have coverage issues, sure, just like all of the other carriers. Their customer service rocks and their technical support people, the rare time I have used them has been a blessing. They make me feel like I am more than just an account number to them.

Great app and has everything you need to see on the go. Some things you will still need to log on from a computer but for quick view access its great!!

Being a lifer with TMo, I can say, we have had our ups and downs, but always, have been satisfied. It seems that trying to achieve what T-Mobile have, pretty much shows the Mobile Industry business, "just listen to the customer", they are usually right...and they have...! Cannot say anything bad about them, honestly. If you have a problem, theyll fix it, plus compensate, just be nice and they will be nice back...Enjoy~!

Requires to turn off WiFi to use, but what if u dont have a cell signal? Support for Touch ID would be much better and secure.

Worst app on my phone. From a utility standpoint, this is the most frustrating app youll ever use in its current iteration.

So far Im very pleased with my service, but we cant leave out customer service, outstanding .....

I have had T-Mobile for 16 years and Ive never been disappointed.

Works really good in my city I had Verizon it always worked but slower data speed and overages but I cant knock Verizon it works in places where others dont and I tested it . Cant beat T-Mobiles offers tho
