Its alright i guess

There when you need it. Affordable ,40 dollars and able to stream all my shows via lte. Cant wait to upgrade my phone and use T-Mobile service to its full capabilities.

Easier to navigate than the web page. Wish I could do more on the app though.

I have been with T mobile one year and 5 months, well I have to say its great. T mobile has improved their network a lot since I signed up for this plan , but we know they still have weakness in terms of building penetration even with band 12 added on. I hope T mobile can successfully build low spectrum band that can really work inside buildings like AT&T, or Verizon has. This is the only thing that keep T mobile from being on top, the coverage. We dont talk Sprint anymore, Sprint is no longer existing nowadays. The rest of T mobile is great, plan, ease of operation so far for BYOD prepaid. Please keep it up the good work. Thank you for your hard work.

I cannot pay my bills! It shows blank spaces next to amount due, does not show the last 4 of the credit card and does not allow me to pay my bill. Bugs are horrendous!
