Being a lifer with TMo, I can say, we have had our ups and downs, but always, have been satisfied. It seems that trying to achieve what T-Mobile have, pretty much shows the Mobile Industry business, "just listen to the customer", they are usually right...and they have...! Cannot say anything bad about them, honestly. If you have a problem, theyll fix it, plus compensate, just be nice and they will be nice back...Enjoy~!
