T mobile is awesome all around

I usually dont write reviews but felt compelled to do so since Im very happy with my switch to T-mobile almost 2 years ago. Ive had every major carrier (Verizon, AT&T and Sprint) so I know what Im talking about. T-mobile has exceeded my expectations and has made a believer out of me. I LOVE T-mobile for the following reasons: 1. Great phone service (in my area and every area I have visited). 2. I have unlimited data for $50/month, but if I didnt, Id be happy that only T-mobile offers unlimited streaming and Binge-On. 3. Blazing fast LTE with no speed cap (Cricket Wireless caps at 8 mps). 4. LTE coverage about 95% of the time, 4G 4.5% and Edge 0.5%. 5. WiFi calling 6. I can use my phone as a Hotspot with no extra charges. 7. Calling Canada and Mexico with no extra charges. 8. T-mobile is always innovating. Its great to see the other carriers copy T-mobile when they roll out another "Uncarrier" promotion. 9. Great customer service 10. A CEO who cares about the customer (I dont care what you say about his motivation for being the way he is, all I know is Im benefitting in the end!) I may have forgot something, nevertheless, no way Im looking back! Go TEAM MAGENTA!

As a flight crew employee, I love that T-Mobile offers worldwide unlimited data and texting and extremely low talk minutes. Its why I switched from AT&T. Not as good coverage yet in the U.S., especially on my twice a year drive from Florida to Wisconsin, driving through the mountains/rural areas, but its getting better! With WiFiCalling, I rarely have any connection issues. (More than ATT, but thats changing.) Its WELL worth it for unlimited data & texting WORLDWIDE! The extra fees at ATT, (by accident when leaving data roaming on), cost a fortune. Kudos to YOU T-Mobile! Thanks for making my work life so much easier!!!

I love my T-Mobile app and their service I dont have any problems and I like how it updates quickly as far as the data usuage. Highly recommend this

Switched from Verizon. Love the international data!

Ive been with Tmobile for almost 10 years now & I have no complaints & I love customer service always pleasant & very helpful Ive never switched to another carrier never had a reason to do so Im a happy customer

Had multiple problems until I spoke with the CEO fixed everything and credited my whole bill. Thats what I call good customer service.
